Emerging research in food law
Founded in 2013, The Food Law Lab was created by Harvard Law professor Jacob Gersen as the center for research in the field of food law working closely with the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic. The Lab focuses on three current issues within the areas of food law: institutional food, food safety and food quality and food information awareness.
The Food Law Lab engaged BrandCulture company to develop an improved and more focused strategy and identity accompanied by a new website and collateral system.
