A vertically integrated real estate company that develops, designs, builds and manages multi-family rental communities across the United States, Resia aims to help fill the unmet need for high-quality, high-value housing through proprietary manufacturing, building and residential community management. When Resia’s parent company in Brazil needed to revitalize their U.S. presence and communicate their vision, they looked to BrandCulture to reimagine their brand identity.

Resia’s passion for innovation and commitment to their residents demanded a branding system that expressed creativity, warmth, connection, relationships and comfort.

We developed a logo and brand identity system that incorporated these attributes, from the curve of the “R” that embraces the “e,” to the playful illustrations throughout the new visual brand language. We then redeployed central elements from the the system for a new Safety by Design program including site safety signage.

We extended the identity to include digital tools, a resident welcome kit and materials, a brochure system and property one sheets to showcase the Resia difference and consistently express the brand.

BrandCulture’s organizational development team also developed an employee value proposition and employer brand experience. Codified and captured in a culture book with revised core values, our work with employees translated into strong recruitment and onboarding messaging that provides a compelling reasons to believe Resia stands out as an employer of choice.

A creative animation style extended the friendliness of the brand across all digital and offline media, bringing the brand to life and maintaining a consistent brand story.
