Food Law at the
Forefront of
Policy and Practice

Emerging research in food law
Founded in 2013, The Food Law Lab was created by Harvard Law professor Jacob Gersen as the center for research in the field of food law working closely with the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic. Their mission is to make the legal structure visible and to make it better. The Lab focuses on three key areas: promoting research, scholarship and innovation in food law; supporting increased clarity in the legal regulation of food; partnering with others in the field to develop new curricular offerings in this ever-growing and dynamic field.
The Food Law Lab engaged BrandCulture company to develop an improved and more focused strategy and identity accompanied by a new website and collateral system.
