Gothic Landscape is one of the country’s largest family-owned landscaping companies with 2000+ employees working in California and the American southwest. Using the company’s brand positioning “The Family You Trust” as a launch point, BrandCulture developed an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) grounded in the unlimited opportunity for growth and career progression Gothic affords employees.
Deliberately departing from the typical landscaping imagery of large earthmoving equipment we created a proprietary visual language celebrating actual working Gothic employees rendered in elegant hand-painted watercolors.
Activating a Unique EVP to Retain and Recruit
Using the foundational brand and visual assets created for the EVP we then developed an ongoing campaign to articulate and advance understanding of the Gothic difference for current and prospective employees across digital, outdoor and functional employee touchpoints.
