Accelerating Innovation into Action
AT&T keeps a pulse on emerging digital capabilities, vendors, technologies or channels and is responsible for planning, prioritizing and building business cases to drive innovation within Digital and Design Thinking. This team receives ideas for new innovations from other parts of the business and moves to operationalize those as a service to these businesses. BrandCulture partnered with AT&T to create an experiential educational program to help their team apply Design Thinking principles and techniques to their research and innovation work across the AT&T enterprise. From organizational mapping to ethnographic research to rapid prototyping, the BrandCulture team created extensive training modules for AT&T employees to quickly move from ideation to innovative creation.
Additional digital support was given through the creation of an online innovation hub for training module videos, research video interview archives and more.
